Nenad Babic, painter in Florence

I loved his paintings so much, and ended up spending two hours with him doing an art class! What an experience! Bonus: he gave me wine while I painted - a true Italian experience!

If you are going to Florence, Nenad's Art Studio is a must! He does incredible portraits of pets. SO kind and does everything to make sure you're happy with the portrait. LOVE

Artist, Nenad Babic, took me under his wing and mentored me to be a stronger, more disciplined painter. For two and a half years I continued to soak up his knowledge and experience. His encouragement and resources are a huge reason that I am a painter today.

His work is colorful, unique and a little bizarre. We love it! Every summer for the past five years we have bought several pieces of his artwork. I guess you could say we are collectors.

While I was walking the street after I visited Duomo, I stumbled upon a small shop that was selling oil paitings. In particular, a painting of a cat immediately catched my attention and my heart. I bought it and it's defenitely a hearty one-of-a-kind item.

If anyone ever happens to be in Florence, look him up, his art is amazing. I could have purchased every canvas in his studio, it was really difficult to choose which one I wanted.
